 Ningbo Sitongda Mould Manufacturing Co., Ltd as a private joint-stock enterprises was founded in 1988 (Former as Zhoushan Sitongda Mould Manufacturing Co., Ltd.) is specialized in design, manufacturing and sales of precision stamping dies of metal cylinder head gasket, sealing gaskets (and high-speed perforating machine, roller machine and coating machine) etc.
Our Company totally was invested about 50 Million RMB, covers an area of 12,000 square meters and construction area of 7,200 square meters. With sophisticated sound production equipment and strong technical team. The company currently has 106 employees, 15 persons have the university or equivalent degree, 18 professional technicians, 8 mold designers persons (including 2 engineers, 6 assistant engineers), now have the production ability of 2500 set of gasket stamping dies per year.
Now, we have more than 160 sets of manufacturing and testing equipment, such as Sodick EDM, ACCUTEX WEDM, CNC lathes, CNC grinding machines, punching machine(45T~250T) and universal machine tools etc. The testing equipment including 3D Measuring Instrument, Projector, Mitutoyo CV-3100S4 Profiler, Optical Hardness Tester. Besides, we also have the Vacuum Quenching Furnace and Cryogenic Treatment Equipment.
